    OPEN ACCESS POLICY

    Open Access is a publishing model that allows research articles to be distributed to the global community without restrictions via the Internet. All articles published in the public domain are available to anyone with an Internet connection. This journal provides immediate open access to its content, based on the principle that free access to research to the public contributes to a greater global exchange of knowledge. Open access to information benefits humanity as it enhances the global value of information. Abstracts and full texts of all articles published in this journal are freely available to everyone immediately after publication without any restrictions.

    All articles published in the SEI proceedings are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. It allows anyone to copy, distribute, mix, transmit and adapt the work, provided that the original work and source are properly cited. The license for the article is displayed on the abstract page with the following statement:

    Article Copyright
    When an article is published in the Journal SEI, the author(s) of the article retains the copyright to the article. The author(s) may republish the article as part of a book or other materials. When reusing a published article, the author(s) must:

    Collection of metadata
    The Proceedings of SEI encourages the collection of metadata on all of its content. The journal fully supports and implements OAI version 2.0 in a standard PDF format. 
     
    Article metrics and online archiving
    Article metrics are becoming an increasingly important measure of the impact of a published article. The journal provides article metrics for each published article. The article metric provides a record of the number of views an article receives. It also keeps track of full-text PDF downloads. Article metrics are available on the abstract page of each article.

    ADVERTISING POLICY
    The editorial office adheres to ethical standards in its activities in accordance with the law on the media of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The journal does not publish materials to accompany advertising and does not sell advertising in relation to specific articles.

    DEPOSIT POLICY
    In accordance with the rules of the open access license for the journal, authors have the right to submit the final published version of their article to institutional and / or centralized archives immediately after its publication, provided that the journal and publisher are indicated as the original place of publication and the conditions for correct citation are met. Authors are also encouraged to provide email addresses of published articles along with the PDF version.

    Our journal uses the Internet as archives. We publish articles on our website and are open to readers in pdf format. Readers can easily access our site and read their articles. In addition, our journal uses open archival sites such as Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Calameo, Academia.edu, Idealonline, archive.org., Scribd.org to provide a wide readership.
